Betsey Stevenson is an associate professor of public policy at the University of Michigan's Ford School of Public Policy. Justin Wolfers is a professor of economics and public policy at the University of Michigan. Stevenson served as chief economist at the U.S. Department of Labor from 2010 to 2011, is currently an advisor at the Brookings Institution and serves on the editorial board of the International Journal of Happiness and Development. Wolfers is a non-resident senior fellow at the Brookings Institution, and a senior scientist for the Gallup Organization.
