May 3 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's chief Washington correspondent Peter Cook reports that the U.S. added more jobs than forecast in April as the jobless rate unexpectedly declined to a four-year low of 7.5 percent. Employers added 165,000 workers last month following a revised increase of 138,000 in March. He speaks on Bloomberg Television's "In The Loop."
