U.S. Postal Service Faces Default Without Action

Nov. 15 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Sara Eisen reports that the United States Postal Service may run out of money to deliver mail in 2013 after defaulting on more than $11 billion in payments to the U.S. Treasury. She speaks on Bloomberg Television's "Bloomberg Surveillance."
