Oct. 9 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, Department of Housing and Urban Development Secretary Shaun Donovan, Federal Bureau of Investigation Associate Deputy Director Kevin Perkins and Federal Trade Commission Chairman Jon Leibowitz speak at a news conference in Washington about an investigation into mortgage fraud and the resulting charges.
