June 20 (Bloomberg) -- Matthew Sierra, a graduating senior headed to SUNY Albany, talks about the benefits of Harlem RBI, a New York-based non-profit organization which supports academic and personal-development programs built around playing baseball or softball. Sierra spoke at a June 17 gala that honored 39 teenagers who played ball with Harlem RBI and are graduating high school this year, with many heading to college. Also in attendance were New York Yankees first baseman Mark Teixeira, a Harlem RBI board member, and Goldman Sachs Chief Operating Officer Gary Cohn, an RBI supporter and honoree.
