State Senator Proposes Tax on Pittsburgh Nonprofits

Jan. 24 (Bloomberg) –- Pennsylvania state Senator Jim Ferlo, a Democrat, talks with Bloomberg's Romy Varghese about his proposal to tax Pittsburgh's biggest nonprofit organizations.
