Aug. 7 (Bloomberg) -- Jaspal Bindra, head of Standard Chartered Plc's Asian business, talks about the company's financial results, business outlook, and a lending scandal involving metal stockpiles in the port city of Qingdao in China. The London-based bank said it faces further U.S. fines over efforts to block money laundering and posted a 20 percent earnings decline on losses in Asia.
