Dec. 27 (Bloomberg) -- South Dakota is attracting billionaires seeking to take advantage of tax-friendly trust laws that require little more than renting a local address. In the past four years, the amount of money administered by South Dakota trust companies has tripled to $121 billion, almost all of it from outside the farm state that’s home to two of the 10 poorest counties in the U.S. Bloomberg's Zachary R.
