Soho CEO on Business Outlook, China Property Market

March 7 (Bloomberg) -- Zhang Xin, chief executive officer at Soho China Ltd., the biggest developer in Beijing’s central business district, talks about the company's business outlook and strategy. Soho China plans to accelerate land and project acquisitions this year as it shifts toward being a landlord from focusing on selling properties. Zhang also discusses the Chinese property market.
