May 15 (Bloomberg) -- Federal Communications Commission member Jessica Rosenworcel talks about her vote in favor of a proposal that would allow Internet-service providers to charge Web companies to provide fast lanes for their content. The FCC proposal, which advocacy groups and Internet companies said undermines the ideal of treating Web traffic equally, won a 3-2 preliminary vote today. Rosenworcel speaks with Peter Cook on Bloomberg Television's "Street Smart." (Source: Bloomberg)
