July 20 (Bloomberg) -- In today's "Bloomberg Bonds Headlines," Bloomberg's Josh Lipton reports that the 5-year treasury yield has fallen to a record low on concerns that Spain's bank bailout won’t be enough to stem the debt crisis, yields on 5-year Spanish bonds rise to the most on record and muni bonds backed by tobacco company payments are rallying in spite of default warnings.
