Feb. 7 (Bloomberg) – The Los Angeles Police Protection League released this recording of an encounter between Glendale police and an individual identified as former Deutsche Bank AG banker Brian Mulligan. On the May 13, 2012 recording, the individual admits to ingesting a drug known as bath salts. Mulligan sued the Los Angeles Police Department alleging he was severely beaten, illegally detained and wrongfully accused of using a drug known as bath salts on May 15, 2012 or early the next day.
