June 2 (Bloomberg) -- Former U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Harvey Pitt talks about reports of an insider-trading probe involving billionaire investor Carl Icahn, golfer Phil Mickelson, and sports gambler William Walters. The Wall Street Journal reported May 30 that U.S. authorities are investigating trades related to Clorox Co. and Dean Foods Co. Icahn said he's not aware of any probe.
