OPEC's El-Badri Says Oil Output Cut Is Unlikely

Nov. 13 (Bloomberg) -- OPEC Secretary-General Abdalla El-Badri talks about the likelihood that OPEC will cut oil production at its next meeting. El-Badri, speaking with Bloomberg's Ryan Chilcote in London where he is attending the Oil & Money conference, says he doesn't expect the producer group to reduce output because markets are adequately supplied.
