Office Depot, OfficeMax Combine to Take on Staples

Feb. 20 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Cristina Alesci reports that Office Depot Inc. and OfficeMax Inc. have agreed to combine in a stock swap worth $13.50 a share in an effort to combat rival Staples Inc., the largest U.S. office-supplies chain.
