Nov. 27 (Bloomberg) -- Demand for goods such as machinery and electronics climbed in October by the most in five months. Bookings for non-defense capital goods excluding aircraft, a proxy for future business investment, rose 1.7 percent last month, the Commerce Department reported today in Washington.
