Obama Picks REI Chief Sally Jewell to Head Interior

Feb. 6 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. President Barack Obama, speaking at a news conference in Washington, nominates Sally Jewell, chief executive officer of Recreational Equipment Inc., to be secretary of the Interior Department in his second-term cabinet. If confirmed by the Senate, Jewell would succeed Ken Salazar, a former Democratic senator from Colorado. Salazar and Jewell also speak.(Source: Bloomberg)
