Nov. 14 (Bloomberg) -- President Barack Obama talks about the rollout of his health-care law and his decision to give Americans who’ve received cancellation notices from their insurers a one-year reprieve before they have to get new policies under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Obama, speaking at a White House news conference, also discusses U.S. aid to the Philippines in the wake of Typhoon Haiyan and negotiations with Iran over that country’s nuclear program.
