Oct. 18 (Bloomberg) -- President Barack Obama speaks at a news conference about his nominee to head the Department of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson in Washington today. Johnson, who also spoke at the conference, served as Defense Department general counsel from 2009-12 and Air Force general counsel under President Bill Clinton from 1989-1991. If confirmed by Congress Johnson will take the position vacated by Janet Napolitano last month. (Source: Bloomberg)
