July 23 (Bloomberg) -- NTP, a patent holding company that holds patents covering electronic mail delivery, has reached a settlement with 13 different wireless carriers, handset makers and email providers to license its email technology. The companies involved in the agreement are AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, Apple, Samsung, LG, Motorola, HTC, Palm, Microsoft, Yahoo and Google.
