Feb. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Residents in the New Jersey capitol of Trenton began to dig out during a midday pause in precipitation from a powerful winter storm that swept up the U.S. East Coast creating blizzard-like conditions that grounded thousands of flights and caused widespread delays for trains and buses.
