Dec. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Dozens of newly-built houses have sprouted on the sprawling estate of South African President Jacob Zuma in Nxamalala, KwaZulu-Natal. The Johannesburg-based City Press newspaper reported on Nov. 24 the state spent 248 million rand ($28.7 million) on refurbishing Zuma's private property, which includes soccer fields and air-conditioning units in all of the new buildings.
