Oct. 18 (Bloomberg) -- Joshua Rosner, an analyst at Graham Fisher & Co., talks about Morgan Stanley's third-quarter earnings report today. Morgan Stanley posted a loss of $1.01 billion, or 55 cents a share, compared with a profit of $2.2 billion, or $1.15, a year earlier, the New York-based firm said in a statement. Rosner also discusses the outlook for the financial industry and Citigroup Inc. He speaks with Tom Keene, Sara Eisen, Scarlet Fu and Christine Harper on Bloomberg Television's "Surveillance."
