April 29 (Bloomberg) -- Alessandro Profumo, chairman of Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena SpA, talks about the bank's focus, the "cleanup" of its balance sheet and the outlook for growth. Monte Paschi, the world’s oldest bank, filed a suit against former General Manager Antonio Vigni and Chairman Giuseppe Mussari in Florence on March 1, alleging they used swaps to hide losses. Profumo speaks after the company's shareholder meeting in Siena. (Excerpts. Source: Bloomberg)
