Feb. 7 (Bloomberg) -- Dov Meyer, chief executive officer of Toronto-based Terra Firma Capital Corp., talks about plans for a Waldorf Astoria-branded hotel in Jerusalem and the Israeli government's cooperation in development of the nation's tourism industry.
