Dec. 19 (Bloomberg) -- Thomas Pickering, a former diplomat and chairman of an independent review board investigating the Sept. 11 attack on the U.S. diplomatic mission in Benghazi, Libya, speaks at a news conference about the panel's report on the incident that killed Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans. The panel found the State Department had "grossly inadequate" security at the mission and must overhaul procedures to correct "systemic failures." Retired Admiral Michael Mullen, vice chairman of the review board, also speaks. (Source: Bloomberg)
