Feb. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Jack Lew, President Barack Obama's nominee for U.S. Treasury secretary, said he wasn't involved in making investment decisions during his time at Citigroup Inc. Lew worked as a Citigroup executive from 2006 before joining the Obama administration at the State Department in 2009. He testified before the Senate Finance Committee in Washington.
