Levitt Sees `Other Changes' at Citi Under O'Neill

Oct. 16 (Bloomberg) -- Arthur Levitt, former chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, talks about Vikram Pandit’s departure as chief executive officer of Citigroup Inc. Pandit will be replaced by Michael Corbat, who led Citigroup in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
