Sept. 6 (Bloomberg) -- A veteran House Democrat says President Obama should hold off on a military strike on Syria if Congress doesn't give the green light. In an interview on Bloomberg Government's "Capitol Gains", Rep. Gerry Connolly (D-VA) tells host Peter Cook: "You are either all in or you are all out. The president chose to ask for congressional authorization. That's a tacit acknowledgment that he needs congressional authorization."
