June 10 (Bloomberg) -- Derek Fisher speaks at a news conference in Tarrytown, New York, about his decision to end his 18-year playing career in the National Basketball Association to become head coach of the New York Knicks. Fisher who won five NBA titles playing for Phil Jackson when he was coach of the Los Angeles Lakers has never been a head coach at any level. The Knicks' Jackson and Steve Mills also speak.
