Jan. 29 (Bloomberg) -- Paul Junge, vice president and public policy director for the Oakland, California, Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, talks with Bloomberg's Alison Vekshin about the city's crime rate and decision to hire former New York City Police Commissioner William Bratton as a consultant.
