April 29 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Andrew davis reports that a new government formed by Italian Prime Minister Enrico Letta may be installed later today. Letta's swearing in ceremony was marred by the shooting of a pair of policemen in a Rome square near the prime minister’s office. He speaks on Bloomberg Television's "The Pulse."
