Feb. 23 (Bloomberg) -- International Monetary Fund Managing Director Christine Lagarde talks about the communique at the conclusion of the Group of 20 meeting, the impact of Federal Reserve policy on developed and emerging markets, efforts by the IMF to encourage fiscal changes in the U.S. and her impressions of Fed Chairman Janet Yellen. Lagarde, speaking with Bloomberg's Television's Paul Allen after the G-20 meeting in Sydney, said the dialing back of the Fed's stimulus program will cause further ructions in financial markets even as it marks an improvement in the global economy.
