Feb. 24 (Bloomberg) -- Activist investor Carl Icahn talks about his issues with EBay Inc.'s board of directors and his proposal that would have the company spin off its PayPal unit. Icahn today nominated two employees to the Ebay board, criticized the online marketplace for “lapses” in corporate governance and asked shareholders to vote in favor of the split. In a letter to investors posted online, Icahn singled out two directors, Marc Andreessen and Intuit Inc. co-founder Scott Cook, for competing with EBay. Icahn speaks with Trish Regan on Bloomberg Television's "Street Smart." (Source: Bloomberg)
