Hostess Must Sell Brands Quickly, Rayburn Says

Nov. 21 (Bloomberg) -- Gregory Rayburn, chief executive officer of Hostess Brands Inc., talks about events leading to the company's bankruptcy and planned liquidation, and the outlook for sale of the baker's brands. Hostess must consider a “liquidation scenario” after mediation with its bakers’ union failed to avert a shutdown that may eliminate more than 18,000 jobs, the judge overseeing the Twinkie maker’s bankruptcy said.
