Sept. 16 (Bloomberg) –- Hawaii's legislature will convene in a special session on Oct. 28 to discuss a measure that would allow gay couples to wed starting Nov 18. For proponents, success of the measure hinges in part on winning the support of the Filipino community. Filipinos represent the state’s second largest ethnic group and a growing part of the voting population. Bloomberg's Kevin Thrash reports. (Source: Bloomberg)
