July 18 (Bloomberg) -- Martin Migoya, chief executive officer of Globant SA, talks about the company's initial public offering in New York today. Globant's shares jumped 13 percent to $11.25 at the close of trading in New York, after reaching as high as $12.99. The company sold 5.85 million shares for $10 each, below Globant’s July 7 estimate that it would sell 6.3 million for $11 to $13.
