Ford’s Fields Is Learning to Work Beside Mulally

Dec. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Ford Motor Co. Chief Operating Officer Mark Fields, talks about the company's management methods and culture, plans to turn around its European unit, product strategy and quality, and continued input from Chief Executive Officer Alan Mulally.
