July 16 (Bloomberg) -- Investors are becoming more eager to tap Japan's eldercare market, that's set to grow as the nation's population is aging fast. We went to a nursing home and spoke to one of the pensioners, as well as Shinsei Bank that has set up a couple of funds to invest in nursing homes, as well as preparing Japan's first REIT specializing in properties for older people.
