Debt Blocks Argentine Ship in Port, Crew Heads Home

Oct. 24 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Scarlet Fu reports that the crew of an Argentine ship held in port in Ghana has been allowed to leave as the ship remains until Argentina pays on bond debt held by Eliot Management Corp. founder Paul Singer. She speaks on Bloomberg Television's "Market Makers."
