Critical Euro Moves Made on Dangerously Low Sleep

July 20 (Bloomberg) -- Over the course of 19 summits, European leaders have repeatedly made critical decisions regarding the continent's debt crisis in the early morning hours. Research shows that decision-making at those hours, on little sleep, can severely impair judgment. Sleep deprivation has been identified as a contributing factor in such disasters as the Exxon Valdez oil spill and the Chernobyl nuclear melt-down. Bloomberg's Sara Eisen reports.
