Cooper on Ex-Employee Smith's Goldman Sachs Claims

Oct. 19 (Bloomberg) -- Edith Cooper, executive vice president and global head of human capital management at Goldman Sachs Group Inc., talks about claims by Greg Smith, a former employee, that the firm has stopped putting clients first. Smith has written a book about his career at the firm, entitled “Why I Left Goldman Sachs: A Wall Street Story,” that goes on sale Oct. 22.
