April 18 (Bloomberg) -- Jing Ulrich, Hong Kong-based chairwoman of global markets at the China division of JPMorgan Chase & Co., talks about the outlook for China's economy and real estate market. China’s property rebound gathered pace in March as new home prices in the southern city of Guangzhou jumped the most in more than two years, underscoring concerns that a bubble may be building. Ulrich speaks with Rishaad Salamat and Susan Li on Bloomberg Television's "Asia Edge." (Source: Bloomberg)
