June 19 (Bloomberg) -- Brazilian protesters angry about corruption, rising prices and public policies took to the streets for the sixth night in less than two weeks. About 50,000 people massed throughout Sao Paulo, Latin America’s largest city, last night as a rally against a 20-centavo bus rise in fares two weeks ago erupted into demonstrations against everything from inflation to excessive spending.
