April 19 (Bloomberg) -- Alviz Tsarni, uncle of the Boston Marathon bombing suspect being hunted by police, talks about the attacks, the likely fate of his nephew and relationships within his extended family. Dzhokar Tsarnaev, 19, escaped during a shootout with police in the Boston suburb of Watertown. The older brother, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, died in the shootout.
