Billionaire Sawiris May Buy Telecom Italia Shares

Egyptian billionaire Naguib Sawiris, founder of Orascom Telecom Holding SAE, has expressed interest in acquiring shares in Telecom Italia SpA, the Italian phone company said today, sending the stock as much as 7.8 percent higher in Milan trading.
