Berlusconi Gains in Italian Election on Tax Plan

Feb. 4 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Andrew Davis reports that Former Italian Premier Silvio Berlusconi Berlusconi yesterday pledged to refund tax payments on first homes from a levy imposed by Monti’s government.
