Barclays's Lucas to Retire Amid FSA Probe

Feb. 4 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Ryan Chilcote reports that Barclays Plc said Finance Director Chris Lucas, who is under investigation by the U.K.’s Financial Services Authority, will retire as soon as a successor is named. General Counsel Mark Harding will also retire. Barclays says there is no link between the retirements and the ongoing probe. He speaks on Bloomberg Television's "Countdown."
