Oct. 23 (Bloomberg) -- David Bank, an analyst at RBC Capital Markets, talks about the decision by Sirius XM Radio Inc. Chief Executive Officer Mel Karmazin to leave his position and the outlook for the company. Sirius, the satellite-radio broadcaster that John Malone is trying to take over, says Karmazin will resign on Feb. 1 after his contract expires.
