Bank Liquidity Rules, Google's Schmidt in N. Korea

Jan. 7 (Bloomberg) -- In today's "Global Outlook" Bloomberg's Deirdre Bolton reports that global central bank leaders have voted to ease liquidity rules, Google Chairman Eric Schmidt arrives in North Korea and French actor Gerard Depardieu had dinner with Russia's President Vladimir Putin after receiving his Russian passport as he fights against taxes in France.
